The Division of Retirement and Benefits offers many options to help you achieve your retirement goals. We are dedicated to working with you to answer your retirement plan questions and prepare you for retirement readiness. You can call us toll-free at (800) 821-2251 or in Juneau at (907) 465-4460 and speak with a highly-trained Retirement Specialist who can answer your questions right over the phone. We also offer individual counseling appointments for a more in-depth view of your personal situation.
While walk-ins are accepted for submitting a retirement application, scheduling an appointment is highly recommended.
Appointments are available via phone or in person.

The reception desk is available during business hours to submit or pickup forms, review information, or to have general questions answered.
