  5. 2 AAC 37 is proposed to be amended by adding a new section, 2 AAC 37.033 , requiring the court system to supply certain employment records of judges to the administrator of JRS and the JRS administrator’s role performing audits. The proposed regulation also contains definitions of “audit,” “desk audit,” and “field audit.”
