2016 AlaskaCare Customer Service Survey by DSS Research
The Division of Retirement and Benefits, in coordination with DSS Research, will be conducting a telephonic customer service satisfaction survey of AlaskaCare Health Plan members in the fall of 2016. Survey responses will provide the Division of Retirement and Benefits with valuable information to assess the quality of AlaskaCare services provided by the Division and claim administrators (Aetna and Moda). The survey represents a significant opportunity for AlaskaCare members to help identify service delivery functions that are working well and those that may need improvement. The survey is not expected to take more than five minutes. If contacted, we encourage you to participate. Thank you for helping us ensure that the AlaskaCare Health Plan provides high quality services!
