Annual AlaskaCare Member Satisfaction Survey
We are conducting our annual AlaskaCare member satisfaction survey for the 2022 plan year. SPH Analytics is performing the survey on our behalf. If you receive a call, it is not a scam.
The survey results are used to measure many aspects of the contractual requirements that the Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) must adhere to and are used to ensure that the TPAs are meeting their performance guarantees. The survey results also help to form Division initiatives and provide insight into members’ experience with their health benefits.
