We have been made aware of a situation in which employees have received letters from MetLife informing them that their critical illness insurance has been cancelled. Please note that these letters were sent out in error. Anyone who received such a letter should know that your policy is still intact and did not suffer any interruptions in coverage. We are working closely with MetLife to isolate the error that caused this issue and ensure that it is corrected. As soon as we have more information, we will post it here.
