Notice: Impact of System Outage on Retirement System Distribution Requests
The Division of Retirement and Benefits experienced a system outage during the month of November. Due to this outage, Retirement System distribution requests were unable to be approved. Due to the system outage and an increased volume of requests, distribution requests may take 10-12 days to be approved after receipt. We are prioritizing any Required Minimum Distributions (RMD) and processing all other requests in the order they are received.
