Notice of Proposed Updates
to the AlaskaCare Defined Benefit Retiree Health Plan

The Department of Administration, Division of Retirement and Benefits, is working with the Alaska Retiree Health Plan Advisory Board (RHPAB) to review the following proposed update to the AlaskaCare Defined Benefit Retiree Health Plan benefits:

Add licensed massage therapists to the list of recognized provider types.

All comments must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. Alaska Time on October 19, 2026.
